Are your products made in Italy?

Yes. All our products are designed and produced in Italy, following a made-to-order approach to ensure quality and consistency. 

Can I customize a product from the shop?
A lot of products allow customization in color, size or small details. Available options are indicated on the product page.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Italy (2–4 business days after production) and Europe (4–6 business days after production).
Do products look exactly like the photos?
We aim for maximum consistency. Small variations may occur due to the production process, making each piece slightly unique. But we can assure you the quality is untouched!
What materials do you use?
We use only high-quality materials selected for durability and finish, including PLA Plus 2.0 and PETG, depending on the project.
What is PLA Plus 2.0?
PLA Plus 2.0 is a compostable material derived from renewable resources such as corn and sugar beet. It offers excellent surface quality and long-term stability.
Are your products suitable as gifts?

Do you accept returns?
Because products are made to order, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will solve the situation!
