Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@tonelliprints.com. We may ask for photos or videos of the product to assess the issue

Refund Process

  • Once we confirm the item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that were made to your specifications (size, color, engraving, or custom design).
  • Digital files or downloadable products.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
